  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By downloading, installing, or using the Software provided by Lexive (“Software”),
    you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

  2. License Grant
    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software
    for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees.

  3. Restrictions
    You may not:
    ・Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or lease the Software.
    ・Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
    ・Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
    ・Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the property of Lexive and its licensors.

  5. Payments
    ・All payments are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.
    ・Fees are quoted and payable in the currency specified at checkout.
    ・We reserve the right to change pricing upon reasonable prior notice.

  6. Refunds
    Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

  7. Updates and Support
    ・We may provide updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements at our discretion.
    ・Support is provided via email at support@lexive.jp.

  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,”
    WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY,
    FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
    ・LEXIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
    OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE
    ・OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SOFTWARE.

  10. Termination
    ・We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Refund Policy.
    ・Upon termination, your license terminates and you must cease all use of the Software.
    ・You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the Software.

  11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
    Any dispute shall be brought before the Tokyo District Court, Japan.

  12. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexive.

  13. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Software.
    Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
