    We offer refunds within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
    ・If you have NOT downloaded the Software, you are eligible for a full refund.
    ・If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning as advertised,
    and we are unable to resolve the issue after a reasonable support effort,
    you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
    ・If you are not satisfied with the Software for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
    We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    Email support@lexive.jp with your Paddle order ID and a brief explanation of your situation.
    We will respond within 3 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Situations
    We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases including, but not limited to:
    ・Abuse of the refund policy
    ・Fraudulent activity
    ・Violation of our Terms of Service

  5. Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle via your original payment method.
    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  6. License Revocation
    Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated, and you must uninstall the Software from all devices.
